All bookings must be made through the Centre Manager.
In the event of cancelling a booking, if less than 2 days notice is given a cancellation fee may apply.
The customer assumes responsibility for damage caused by them, or other persons attending the event or subcontractors working on the customer’s behalf.
The Centre will try wherever possible to assist course participants with the storage of equipment, personal property, etc. but accepts no responsibility for any goods damaged or lost.
The Centre must comply with all the relevant statutes and therefore requires its customers not to act in such a way that would put the centre in breach of any particular statute. In particular, customers are reminded to maintain free access to fire exits at all times and not to interfere with or obstruct any fire equipment/notices during the course of the event.
